The Golden City - pride of Human civilization on Xu. Empyria became autonomous after the fall of the Hybernian Empire, however, it kept the title of Emperor along with many other customs. Away from the intrigues on Fiara, Empyria steadily grew inside its own sphere of influence, eventually growing into the lively city we know today.
But this growth came with its own myriad of issues. Conflicts arising from a split society have been plaguing Empyria for years, many of its emperors easily corruptible, many of its problems left unsolved. Moreover, intruders, such as the notorious Hazim, make the paths to and from the city uncertain at best - and your grave at worst.
Nonetheless, under the leadership of its new Emperor, Alyah, Empyria seems to be entering a new chapter - one of prosperity and growth, once again rising to its status of protecting the people of Xu from anything the Black Jungle would spew out - just as it had in the past.
